We have some great news for our current tenants! All Southbound Enterprises tenants can now submit maintenance requests directly on our website! So, if your sink is leaking, or a lightbulb in a common area is burnt out, or another issue arises, tenants can let our property manager know about the issue without the hassle of calling.
We value our tenants and wanted to make it easy for them to submit non-urgent maintenance requests to our property manager, Will. Now, if tenants have a maintenance request, they can visit the Current Tenants Page of our website and fill out the form with their request. All tenants also have the option of calling the property manager directly if the issue is urgent, or if they would rather talk via telephone.
Below, we will explain and show the maintenance request process step by step.
If a tenant experiences a problem, they can visit our website and hover over the For Rent dropdown menu. Under the For Rent dropdown menu, the Current Tenants Page is the fourth tab down.
